Credit card orders ship within 24 hours if received Monday through Thursday. Most orders ship the same day if the order is received before noon (EST) Monday - Friday. Orders entered Friday after Noon, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.
Shipments to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US possessions are by US Priority Mail. Sorry, Next day and 2nd day are not available to these areas.
International Shipments are made by Air Parcel Post or Air Express as selected at checkout.
All shipping costs are based upon the total weight of the order and are calculated at checkout. Most accessories weigh less than 1 lb, most costumes weigh less than 2 lbs, and a typical order weighs less than 3 lbs. For the 48 contiguous US states, the following shipping options are available and a typical 3 lb order is calculated:

Please Note: In all shipping options business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Some shipping delays may occur due to situations beyond our control such as weather and natural or man made disasters.

We reserve the right to change our shipping costs at any time. Please be aware that the carriers are changing their rates in response to increases in fuel costs.
If you're dissatisfied with anything you receive from us and it is unused and in the original package, we will fix it or give you a full refund on the purchase price (shipping costs are NOT refunded). You can also exchange it for something else, whichever you prefer. The refund policy is good for 3 days after you receive the item. We desire your complete satisfaction and will make any adjustment within reason. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Costumes purchased between October 13th and November 1st can NOT BE RETURNED.
Due to health, sanitary, and hygiene regulations, the following items may not be returned for any reason; wigs, beards, mustaches, teeth, tights, socks, make-up, and t-shirts.
You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning items to us. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact us by email or telephone. Items returned without an authorization number will be subject to a 30% restocking and handling charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Any items returned outside of these return guidelines is subject to a 30% handling fee. Please double check that you have included all the of the costume and packaging prior to sending your return.

- Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of your receipt.
- Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Exchanges for Size: If you need a different size:
- Place a new order for the size desired.
- Contact us for a Return Authorization.
- Put the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package with your name, address, and phone number.
- Please include the reason for your return on a separate sheet inside the package.
- Be sure all original packaging is included.
We will credit your credit card account with 1 to 4 weeks of the return receipt.
All shipping charges are your responsibility. We DO NOT REFUND shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping charges on returned merchandise.
Order Changes and Cancellations
While we try to accomodate all requests, in order to meet our goals of prompt attention and shipping on your order, we may not be able to change an order once it has been entered in our automated system. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, you must receive the order and follow our returns policy outlined above.
